Requirement Engineering + Systems Support Expert (m/w/d)

Join our dynamic team in Hamburg and play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of large-scale project cargo. As a Requirement Engineering + Systems Support Expert, you will utilize your expertise in our various projects and contribute to the success of KN's project bids.

Your Role

You will be part of our Process + Systems team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary objective is to take care about the integration of new Sea Logistics systems into the operational daily work, as well as continuously seek for improvements in existing processes + systems. 

• Analyze + design + improve our systems landscape.
• Manage projects for system implementations.
• Balance country systems requirements versus global planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Support 1st and 2nd Level Support by knowledge sharing
• Analyze risks + costs of systems implementation.
• Organize the testing of different systems with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate +establish + moderate workshops with the aim to deliver continuous improvement.

 

Your Skills and Experiences

 

• Strong Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects on time.
• Knowledge of Logistics Systems: Deep understanding of Logistics systems and their integration into operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders effectively.
• Drive to Execute Projects: Proactive approach to meeting objectives and overcoming challenges.
• Operational Knowledge: Understanding of our operations, products, and services.
