Global Road Logistics Program Manager - Business Transformation (m/f/d)

Your Role

In this role, you will take ownership of solving some of the most complex logistic challenges, driving innovation and efficiency. You will spearhead the implementation of our cutting-edge technologies within the transportation industry, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced operational performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of large-scale project and program implementations, driving our Road Logistics Digital Transformation strategy.
• Lead the launch and deployment of new initiatives, including Track & Trace solutions to carriers and drivers, Real Time Visibility platforms and transformation of Healthcare operations by digitizing the relation between KN operators and road carriers and deploying automatic alerts to increase proactivity and level of service.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the impact and value our systems provide to carriers, customers, and users. Prioritize technology focus points to maximize impact versus investment and optimize time to market. Ensure continuous improvement based on factual data.
• Create roadmaps and onboarding programs to elevate the technology integration of our carriers from current to future states within a complex global technical environment.
• Develop analytics to measure the impact of projects and support continuous improvement of visibility for internal and external partners.
• Manage large milestones and detailed project planning, including gap analysis, testing, change management, and launch preparation. Ensure operational follow-up to achieve zero customer/business/result impact.
• Serve as the conduit and liaison between management, users, service engineering teams, and support to deliver critical technology demands.
• Regularly communicate with senior management and a broad range of audiences on project definitions, progress, risks, and change control. Apply their insights to refine current approaches.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor degree in management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in road transportation/logistics, with a strong understanding IS Business Analysis (IIBA and PMI certifications are a plus).
• Extensive experience in project management and product implementation in an international environment, demonstrating a proactive, customer-centric, and hands-on approach.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and exceed results in an ambiguous work environment.
• Experience working within agile product development environments and managing change in digitalization/IT projects.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to manage a variety of stakeholders across regions, countries, and sites.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data and Lean/Six Sigma principles to understand, optimize, and automate operations.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages, especially French and German, are an advantage.
